1. Types of data processed
The website visualcontainer.org processes the following personal data:
Browsing data — The system automatically acquires data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet protocols: IP addresses, browser type, operating system, pages visited and access times. This data is used exclusively for anonymous statistical purposes via Google Analytics.
Data voluntarily provided by the user — Name, email address and other data entered via the contact form or when subscribing to the newsletter.
2. Purposes and legal basis for processing
Data is processed for the following purposes:
— Responding to contact requests (legal basis: pre-contractual measures or legitimate interest) — Sending the newsletter (legal basis: explicit user consent) — Anonymous statistical analysis of website traffic (legal basis: legitimate interest)
3. Third-party tools
Google Analytics — The website uses Google Analytics for traffic analysis. Collected data is anonymised. Google privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
MailPoet — Newsletter management is handled via MailPoet. Subscriber data (name and email) is stored on the website’s server. Subscription requires explicit user consent, which can be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.
FV Player — Video content is hosted directly on Visualcontainer ETS servers. No data is transmitted to third-party platforms during playback.
4. Data retention
Contact data is retained for the time strictly necessary to handle the request. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until consent is withdrawn. Aggregated browsing data is retained for 26 months.
5. User rights
Pursuant to Arts. 15-22 of the GDPR, users have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, object to processing of, and request portability of their personal data. To exercise these rights: amministrazione@visualcontainer.org
