PANORAMICA*24 // SUSPENDED DIALOGUES
Thursday, September 25, 2025 – from 7:30 PM to midnight
Fabbrica delle Candele – Piazzetta Conserva Corbizzi, 9 – Forlì (FC)
After the Lucca screening, PANORAMICA*24 will be presented in Forlì as part of the 10th edition of Ibrida Festival, one of Italy’s leading events dedicated to intermedia arts and video art.
PANORAMICA* is a project curated by Alessandra Arnò and promoted by Visualcontainer ETS, created to enhance and research video art in Italy. Through a national open call, it annually collects the most original and significant works, offering an updated overview of ongoing artistic research. The project shares these works with audiences through exhibitions and screenings on national and international circuits, contributing to the broader research into Italian video art conducted by Visualcontainer since 2008.
The selected artists for this fourth edition are:
Isobel Blank, Alessandra Caccia, Matteo Campulla, Eleonora Cutini, Silvia De Gennaro, Paolo Ferrari/C999, Eleonora Roaro, Duccio Ricciardelli and Marco Bartolini, Giulia Savorani.
The works revolve around memory and narration, transforming the act of fixing a recollection, a thought, or re-performing the past into an intimate dialogue – at times a suspended soliloquy – shifting between reality and the unconscious, between analog and digital realms, and between visual and performative languages.
Founded in Forlì by Francesca Leoni and Davide Mastrangelo, Ibrida Festival is a platform dedicated to intermedia arts, with a focus on video art, performance, sound, and hybrid practices exploring contemporary languages. Over the years, the festival has evolved into a pivotal gathering point for Italian and international artists and curators, fostering a dynamic exchange between artistic experimentation and the public.
The 10th edition of Ibrida Festival celebrates this journey with a wide-ranging program of screenings, performances, and encounters, confirming Forlì as a vital hub for digital and multimedia arts.
The screening of PANORAMICA*24 at Fabbrica delle Candele offers audiences an opportunity to engage with the most current Italian video art practices, in conversation with the international perspectives fostered by the festival.

Narration and memory are among the themes that emerged from the research of nine artists selected for the fourth edition of PANORAMICA*.
The need to fix a memory, a thought, or to re-perform the past represents for the authors an intimate moment of dialogue and sometimes a soliloquy suspended between real contingency and the amniotic unconscious that blurs the boundaries between reality and mental space, between the analogue and digital world, between the visual and the performative.
